What To Expect At Your Visit

During the Clinic and Online sessions, I use effective and well-evidenced psychotherapy methods. Clinical hypnosis, Gestalt, mindfulness, cognitive and behavioural/activation techniques help to instil self-acceptance and understanding among clients, encourage them to adopt healthy attitudes and feelings towards life situations and engage in positive behaviours.

At my Clinic's face-to-face sessions, every time, you will receive a warm welcome and be invited into a spacious,  comfortable and private therapy room where in full confidence, you will be able to safely offload your burdens, learn how to cope better and how to change what can be changed. I adjust the methods and techniques in accordance with the client's preferences and needs. I  will always answer your questions with honesty and your best interest in mind. Depending on the type and severity of your issues, the therapy typically takes from one to twelve sessions. To make you feel at ease, hot or cold drink will be available for in-clinic clients. There is a toilet and free parking on site.
